How do you control quality?
With our own people, at the factory. You approve a physical sample first, our full-time team checks goods inline during production, and their condition is confirmed again before dispatch. Problems are fixed at the factory, not at your warehouse.
What are your payment terms?
Agreed with you as part of the offer, before anything goes into production. Terms vary with the product and order, so raise it in your enquiry.
What products can you source?
Consumer products across categories, from tech to houseware. Send the details and we will tell you honestly whether we can place it well.
What do prices and minimums look like?
Both depend on the product. Send your specification and quantities and you will get a written offer to judge for yourself.
Can we meet you before ordering?
Yes. In Hong Kong, at the factories in China, or we visit you. Many clients see factories with us before a first order.
Do you handle shipping?
We arrange dispatch with your logistics office or forwarder once goods pass their final check.
